THE EMBROIDERY PROCESS

STEP 1 - CREATING & PREPPING THE DESIGN

Embroidery starts with your artwork, but it can’t just go straight onto a machine like a print file. First, your design gets “digitized,” which means it’s turned into a set of stitch instructions the embroidery machine can actually read.

This step decides everything: how the design will look, the direction of the stitches, and how clean it comes out. A good digitized file = crisp, pro-level embroidery. A bad one… not so much.

STEP 2 - MACHINE SETUP

Now it’s time to get everything ready to run. Your item (hat, hoodie, tote bag, etc.) gets hooped—basically stretched tight in a frame so the fabric doesn’t move around.

The machine gets loaded with the right thread colors for your design, and each needle is assigned to a part of the design. We can load up to 15 colors.

STEP 3 - LET THE MACHINE DO ITS THING

This is where the magic happens. The machine starts stitching your design, one color at a time, following the digitized file.

It moves fast, usually hitting around 700 stitches per minute, building the design layer by layer. You’ll see outlines, fills, and details come together as the machine switches between needles and colors automatically.

STEP 4 - CLEAN UP & FINISH

Once the stitching is done, the items come out of the hoop and gets cleaned up. That means trimming excess threads, removing any backing, and making sure everything looks sharp.

Depending on the item, it might get a quick press or final touch-up. After that, it’s done—clean, durable, and ready to wear, wash, and show off without falling apart.
